Deluxe Mastering – Web Design & Development
Ever wondered who was working behind-the-scenes with Jimmy Barnes, 1200 Techniques, Eskimo Joe or Guy Sebastien? The answer is Jack-The-Bear, (aka Tony Mantz) and founder of Deluxe Mastering, Australia’s hottest mastering facility for CD, Vinyl & Releasing audio tracks online. With a state of the art studio and Australia’s most formidable team of mastering engineers, its no surprise that top musicians and bands pick Jack-The-Bear and his facilities first.
The challenge set for me was to improve Jack-The-Bear’s Deluxe Mastering web presence. He wanted a better looking site with improved search engine ranking and functionality, the sort of site that befits someone of Jack-The-Bear’s status in his industry. Here is what I did:
- Conducted a review on the existing site, there was plenty of scope for improvement.
- Checked out his competitors and created a design that clearly set him apart.
- Created a blog area so Jack-The-Bear and his team could post articles and visitors could comment.
- Incorporated an online enquiry form to make it easy for Jack-The-Bear to contact customers.
The new website was built using WordPress so it was super-easy for them to manage the site themselves.
